  it looks like it can happen again and i suspect if it does happen, the senate will not convict either because they can’t convict him since it’s after his presidency or simply because they don’t have sufficient votes..

  i know a lot of witnesses that drink a lot!

  secret sins people would confess to the elders were masturbation, dating and touching certain areas and anger issues.

  some fathers/husbands looked like model figures until you heard from the family that the dictator ms were horrible at home in more ways than one..

  If it hasn't already been mentioned...it's one of the worst secret sins a JW can be committing & one he dare not reveal...this is the 'sin' of being PIMO. No doubt being a PIMO will also involve some form of apostate type activity on the part of the individual.

  It's a must that the JW keep this 'secret sin' to himself/herself or suffer the consequences if one confesses. My guess is this secret sin is rampant & raging out of control among the JW rank & file!

  I'm sure that if the GB had their rathers'...they'd rather be dealing with an outbreak of immorality or pedophiles rather than the ongoing disruption of PIMOs in the organization!

  Zoom meetings

  being pimo i attend the meetings regularly over zoom.

  ( i have to as my wife is a dyed -in - the wool, and stick-in-the mud pioneer witness.

  i have no possibility of leaving as it would create havoc in my life and at 68 years of age i just don't want the hassle of having to cope with the ramifications of disassociating myself.

  WT Zoom meetings may be a staple for the rest of 2021 the way things are looking. The latest talk about the increase in new strains of covid19 popping-up all over the place no doubt means that JWs will remain in lockdown mode for a long time to come. The talk about these new variants being more contagious though less deadly is surely going to keep JWs off the streets...Yay!

  I'm wondering what the GB think-tanks are strategizing right about now. Cabin fever is hardly ever a good thing. Physical isolation is not good for the mind, body or one's spirituality. Two years of inactivity for these cult members can not be good for the WT organization as a whole.

  "What do we do with all these vacant and un-used Kingdom Halls and Assembly Halls?"...I'm sure is on the minds of the top WT brass. Two years of no use is an awfully long time!

  There's a weird paranoia between YouTube and the average JW!
  

  It's not so much that JWs are being told to not visit YouTube as it is that JWs are not encouraged to visit YouTube. As an example...I've noticed that when I mention to other JWs of my frequency of watching YouTube videos in general...they have a tendency to change the subject. In other words...It's taboo to mention YouTube to a JW. The JW mindset is: "A JW who wants to remain in good standing wouldn't customarily view YouTube videos."

  Covid lung damage worse than from heavy smoking

  we've probably all heard it, "i wish i could get the covid and that way it would be behind me", as if it were some annoying rite of passage.

  "sure, i'll lose my senses of smell and taste for awhile, i'll lose my strength for awhile", etc.. what else could be the reasoning for ignoring the social distancing to attend maskless parties and similar large group gatherings?.

  however, looking at the following xray images of certain lungs may help impress some folks into thinking that there are more serious happenings in the attack progression of this virus.

  I had a close friend pass away recently from respiratory complications related to covid19. His wife was saying that he normally could handle the flu year after year & bounce back. But this time complications set-in involving his lungs...and he ended-up dying very young. Another friend was infected early on last year with covid19...was in the hospital for about a month...to this day he hasn't recovered fully. This pandemic...covid19...or whatever the hale it is...you just can't take it lightly...it's made a believer out of many a freethinker and doubter.

  It really is as simple as Simon says. I said to one elder after his repeated calls: "Don't call me...I'll call you" & that was after this elder asked if he & the CO could visit!🤣
